Lawrence J. Hoffman, CPA P.C. Welcomes Allen P. DeLeon, CPA, CFP to the Team
Blue Ridge Summit, PA (March 23, 2022) – Lawrence J. Hoffman, CPA P.C. is pleased to welcome Allen P. DeLeon, CPA, CFP to the team as a Principal.
Al was a Co-Founding Partner of DeLeon & Stang, CPAs and Advisors, a Maryland based CPA firm with three locations in the DC Metro Area and over 50 employees, prior to his mandatory retirement from the firm in December 2020. Al started his professional career the American Trucking Association where he was the Vice President of Finance and Controller.
During his career as a leading CPA, Allen has served as the Chairman of the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA), and Chair of the MACPA Legislative Executive Committee. He also served for 12 years as an AICPA council member, served for five years on the AICPA Technical Issues Committee, and has served on boards for multiple non-profit organizations. Al continues to serve on the board at Holy Cross Health Foundation, PIC MC Foundation, and Montgomery College.
