Allen “Al” joined LJH & Associates in 2022 as a principal. He has over 35 years of experience, including audit, tax, business and financial services advisory to non-profit organizations, financial institutions including a specialization in credit unions, business entities, and individuals. Al was a founding partner of DeLeon & Stang, CPAs and Advisors, a regional CPA firm in Washington DC metro area, prior to his mandatory retirement from the firm in December 2020. Al started his professional career the American Trucking Association where he was the Vice President of Finance and Controller.
